Sign in
Go to the sign-in page
Open app.meetcampfire.com. You’ll land on the Welcome Back! screen.
If you see “Password login has been disabled for this account,” your
organization uses single sign-on. Sign in with the Google or Microsoft
button instead of a password.
Reset your password
If you can’t remember your password, reset it from the sign-in page.Request the reset link
Submit the request. You’ll see “Reset password link has been sent to your
email.”
Open the email
Find the password-reset email from Campfire and click the link inside. If it
hasn’t arrived in a minute or two, check your spam folder.
Set a new password
On the Reset Password screen, enter your new password twice. It must be
at least 8 characters and both entries must match, then click
Submit.
Sign in
Return to app.meetcampfire.com and sign in
with your email and new password.
Trouble signing in
- “No registered account for this email” — there’s no Campfire account for that address. Check the spelling, or ask your team’s Campfire admin to invite you.
- “Invalid password” — your email and password don’t match. Reset your password using the steps above.
